So, let me tell you about fun with cheesecake!
I got everything started. I\'ve got my graham crackers in the baggy and I\'m smashing them up... the bag got a hole in it. I get another bag... this time I put about half the crackers in there... everything works out with that. I go to add the cinnamon. I unscrewed the top of the jar and about 2x as much as I need falls in the bowl... extra cinnamony crust this time! Now on to making the actual cheesecake. I go to beat the sugar, flour, and creme cheese. Burned out the motor in my cheap ass mixer :rant: (it\'s about 11pm, I\'m not running to the store to get another cheap mixer). So I have to mix that mo-fo by hand. My arm hurts worse than Kevin\'s on an average night I imagine! The rest seemed to go ok. Although I didn\'t have any baking chocolate, and I wanted to make it look pretty so I drizzled Hershey\'s syrup over the top, it kinda looks like it wanted to burn though. It\'s pretty though! Hopefully it doesn\'t taste too bad. I\'m waiting for it to cool enough for me to throw it in the fridge before I go to bed.
