Green tire valve caps = Nitrogen filled tires

Have to bring the car by a dive shop, use a nitrox analyzer with an adapter :) For practical purposes, 100 - O2 reading from the analyzer = nitrogen content.

(A good reason to take up SCUBA, get your EANx (Nitrox) cert and buy your own analyzer )

Hi RussW. Just an opinion and something else to keep in mind:
Since the dealership where you purchased the vehicle does not offer nitrogen fills, that means it was performed somewhere else (as you realize).
Thanks for the thought bbf, but my car is new, not pre-owned. My dealer swapped a new car of theirs to get the color combo I wanted from the other dealer. Your general point is still valid, though. I don't really know what the other dealer did, and I wondered about that a bit. Would they really deflate the tires and re-inflate them with nitrogen? Is that what all dealers who deliver cars with nitrogen-filled tires do? So there are questions. They're just slightly different than the ones you've asked.

Hi hinckley. My reply was to RussW, which is why I quoted them.

Good luck.

Ah. I saw that you used his name but quoted my post. That's explains it!
Hi hinckley. Sorry, I had some sort of brain cloud on that reply. I did not mean to quote you. And RussW also has a new vehicle. So now I’m not sure who the heck I meant to quote. 😂

So I went back and edited my reply to eliminate the quote, and just change it to a general information post for anyone interested.

Sorry for the confusion and good luck. 🍻

Good form bbf. (y)👊

When a tire place pushes nitrogen, I always wonder about the place. I had a favorite repair place that pushed it and they also pushed regular everything - induction cleaning, etc.
