I doubt that is manufactured anymore.
You will probably have to get regular rubber hose and recreate what you have

Could you help us out a little?
Clarify what you want and what it is on.
There are at least 3 different fuel system parts in the picture. Then you state, "Hoses on top of the tank".
Do you want the hoses or other parts?
We would have to assume you are working on a 2000 Town Car And some members have more than one. Or work on other people's Town Cars.
Assuming is not a good start.
This may be going too far, is the issue a leak or some other concern?
