Front sway bar.

Sway bar on my MK3 end rods left is longer than right. Can anyone Help or know standard Height. Thanks, have a great day

Please clarify.

Length of the sway bar would be from side to side
Height of the sway bar ends would be up and down

The height should be equal on both sides of the sway bar ends.
The sway bar does NOT determine height. The attachment to the lower control arm and the lower control arm itself will determine the height of the sway bar ends.
And it is the front coil springs that connects the lower control arm to the frame of the vehicle. The compression or push of the coil springs should be equal on both sides.

Added length on a sway bar end link can be a tuning thing, you could buy a pair of cheap ones and see how it sits.
