My Lincoln
2024 Nautilus Reserve II Hybrid
I thought I read that the first service (oil change) was free with the 2024 Nautilus. I saw or read it somewhere, tucked the info away and moved on to other issues with my new car.

Now I'm ready for that free service and find that the Dealer knows of no such deal. I did find something on the Lincoln site back in January 2025 under Oil Change and Maintenance and printed a copy. Looking at it now, it seems to indicate that the first service is included free, yet it stops short of making that a definitive statement.

I also checked the window sticker and cannot find anything there about free service.

When I tried a search on the board, I found nothing specific.

Apparently, I am not getting a free oil change. I know the Black Label group gets some services at no charge. But I don't have a Black Label, I have a Reserve II.

Not sure how I got this wrong. Am I missing something?

I never had the expectation of the first oil change as being free but when I went they said they it would be free.

Isn’t the advertising maintenance included for Black Label only?

Hi gfdublin. It may help if you can find and post a link to the information you read which stated the first oil change was free.

Also, have you called Lincoln Concierge and asked them what you are entitled to?

Over the past 10 years or so, the Lincoln policy has varied. At one point it was the first 2 oil changes. Then it was 1 when I purchased my 2018. Then it has sometimes been none, or the option to use Lincoln Access rewards points etc.

Of course, that is for non-Black Label vehicles. Black Label vehicles get a complementary 4 year maintenance plan.

Then there is the added confusion of dealerships that offer their own perk of a free oil change, or two etc., as part of the new vehicle purchase.

If you can provide the dealership with Lincoln sourced literature which states the first oil change is free, that should settle the question.

Keep us updated and good luck.

When I purchased my Nautilus last October, it included a certain number of Lincoln Rewards points, based on trim level, I believe. Mine included enough rewards points for several oil changes, so they advertised it as complimentary maintenance. You can also use points for purchasing accessories and such from the Ford/Lincoln website.

The following is from this website, but I didn't need to activate my modem to get my points; they just came about 30 days after purchase: https://www.lincoln.com/support/how...oln-access-rewards-complimentary-maintenance/

How can I use the Complimentary Maintenance Points?
You can use the Complimentary Maintenance Points toward:
  • Your first three maintenance visits (oil & filter change, cabin air filter, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection).
  • Future select services.
  • A discount toward the purchase of your next vehicle.
What should I expect when I use the Complimentary Maintenance Points?
  • 7,500-mile service: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection
    • 11,000 points for gas engine
    • 20,000 points for diesel engine
  • 15,000-mile service: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection
    • 11,000 points for gas engine
    • 20,000 points for diesel engine
  • 22,500-mile service: Oil & filter change, cabin air filter, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection
    • 20,000 points for gas engine
    • 35,000 points for diesel engine

My dealership offers first oil change free as part of your vehicle purchase but it’s not in writing. It’s worth a call to your sales rep.

Dealer choice. 🃏
