I took my 24 into the dealer for its regular oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned that passenger mirror does not unfold sometime. Prices have gone up (labor and parts). The dealer does not charge "list" for parts so a modest price savings. The dealer does top off fluids.
In a long inspection video, the tech mentioned he could not reproduce the mirror issue so he checked DTCs and saw none for mirrors. He checked software levels and noted that both doors were down level. He updated them and cleared all DTCs. He did not mention what they were about. It will take a few trips to see if that fixed the mirror issue.

And while waiting for the above, my wife got a 24 Subaru Outback with 15K miles to replace the 09 MKZ that died. It is within a few inches of the same length as my Nautilus so that did not meet our get a smaller vehicle goal.
