Designer door panel color

Hello everyone

I have seen one nice Lincoln Towm car Designer series 2007, the door panel is very nice and wood trim color is different, I know it can fit my 2003 Cartier and it is hard to find either online or car junk yard .

Is it possible to paint or change the wood trim color ? I know I can paint the door panel but what about wood trim ?

The door panel is not a single piece.
Swapping out the "wood" trim and door pull hanlde may be an option.

Paint likley will NOT stick to that trim.
