I noticed that my Nautilus seemed to be wandering a little (seems go to left when steering wheel was straight) so took it into the shop to check alignment. It was only a hair off a little so still had it aligned. I have a long trip soon and wanted to be sure I did not end up with a cupped tire again like on the MKZ. Happier now. They always seen a video of the inspection so I got a text with a link to a very short video showing my Nautilus on the alignment rack with the digital display indicating showing it was out. The dealer has a "no risk" alignment so a check is free. Of course a shady dealer could get anything to be out of alignment. They also checked various aspects (tire depth) but no battery test this time. The only extra fee was a $2 shop fee with no other "shop" fees.

I had a new appointment and was going to wait for it. I like their free coffee set up. It was busier than I have every seen it and there were at least 3 other waiting for their vehicles.

The funny (sad?) episode was that a guy apparently just agreed to purchase a car and the guy told the salesman that he wanted to get out as soon as possible and that he did not want any pitches for warranty, etc. The salesman never confirmed his request and would not stop talking and talked over the guy while he was making his point. This was all out in the open in the waiting area near the coffee setup which is in the showroom.
