Lincoln had said it would be sent OTA in 4Q but judging from comments on Facebook, it is not getting to everyone. (Of course, the ones that did not get it are the ones to have an issue).

are you saying that the 4Q'24 OTA update has been released to some vehicles?

I have the same question here. Rejuvenate was removed from 2024 Nautilus Res III and was rumoured to return via OTA, but so far, it hasn't been a go.

The status of rejuvenate has been answered - it will not be available for 2024 as noted in other threads. Those upset should ask for a credit.

The only fix mention I have heard for 1Q25 is the delayed entry/exit fix. The window fix is OTA next quarter.

There is also the issue of volume settings not being persistent. For example, Siri always yells at me (volume over 10) even though I lower the volume to 5 whenever Siri speaks to me.

Just what I have been looking for... how do you access the Support System to get the print outs. Where is it located?

I got online to the support system for a weekend a couple of weeks ago and for my VIN there was a listing of all the modules in the vehicle and when each were most recently updated. Lincoln Way (the old version) said my last update was Oct 11. I was surprised that there were several modules updates since, but more surprised how many modules were tagged as having an update available. My last service was September.

I purchased a short-term subscription from motorcraftservice.com. It's intended for shops and repair techs and is expensive for a consumer. I only purchased a 3-day license and scoured the site for anything I thought I'd need.

Thanks for the info! Lincoln service manager thought that "we' the customer" had access to all the program updates that were installed by the dealer or OTA. Have not found one yet. Is the motorcraftservice.com a Ford product?

Yes. Motorcraft is owned by Ford.

I was told angore, that on this recent visit to the dealer, they applied the window fix to my 2024 Naut hybrid, (it was a recall item). It specifically says both front and rear windows. I am talking about the pinch issue, is your comment regarding windows some other problem with windows? Or is my dealer giving me some incorrect information maybe?

For pinch issue, shop fix is available now. OTA fix will be next quarter.

Today we had the window issue software fix done in our driveway, was awesome not having to visit the dealer.

Only problem to the pinch fix is that you lose the ability to remotely close all the windows. You still can be able to remotely open them all, just not close.
That’s why I’m not rushing into my dealer to get the fix applied and by the time the OTA comes through will be a little while.

Does anyone know if the Fuel Economy widget center leaf lights up green when conserving fuel? This seems to be a feature in many hybrids? Mine is always a very dark color and hard to actually see the leaf, if in fact it is a leaf.

We just purchased our new 2024 Nautilus BL last month. When in "Conserve" drive mode, the icon illuminates in a fire orange color. Our previous vehicles displayed the icon in green. When on our first trip out of town, I saw the icon displayed in that color, I misinterpreted the icon as an oil pressure warning indicator as the image appeared to me while driving as an oil lamp dripping oil.

I don't know. I'll ask the mobile tech next week ... I scheduled him to do the SSM 53561 update.
