Could ask the AI but sometimes I think it is wrong. About the motion function and the horn...

If I do not answer the motion sensor question when I shut down the car, does it go by default to "on"?

If that is true, does the motion zone include any area outside of the car and does the car give an audible if motion is detected? If yes, would that be a single blast from the horn?

Upload the PDF of the owner's manual to the AI and then tell it to answer your questions using the manual as the first priority resource.

Hi gfdublin. It is an interior motion sensor only.

What exactly does the message state when you shut off the vehicle? It will be easier to answer your question if you post the exact wording of the message. Or check the Owners Manual for the correct information.

An off the top of my head guess? For safety and liability purposes, it probably defaults to motion sensor “ON”. But that is just an educated guess.

Keep us updated and good luck.
