I ordered 10/30 with confirmation email right away. Next email on 1/13 giving production date of 3/14.

GT PHEV , Red Carpet, Ebony/Cashew with Elements Technology Bundle and Copilot 360 Plus options

My dealer is a combo Ford/Lincoln/Mazda/Volvo. Don't know his sales volume but would bet it is relatively small.

Ebony/cashew seats and black overhead trim. - everyone that sees it loves it. It looks really rich and classy. I love the black trim ceiling. Usually Ford uses a greyish whitish trim everywhere above the dash. This is way nicer than that. You said red carpet. I never saw the option to specify the carpet color.

Received an update from Lincoln today. Build date for my GT is now the week of March 28th. A two week shift from March 14.

I ordered a Corsair on 12/29. My dealership said they've been seeing 8-10 weeks for orders. It's been almost 8 weeks and the only email I have is the original order confirmed. Should I contact my dealership to see if they have an update? Not sure if they'd be more up to date than my email.

Yes, Lincoln sent me a few messages all along the way. Check your Spam filter as one of mine got routed there and I just happen to scan it and saw that I had a critical message from Lincoln and it was a notice where they moved up my build date a good month and a half. It was great news. Maybe that is where your notices are. If not, call the sales rep.

There is a Lincoln order tracking website. You need your order number and your VIN. Your dealer should be able to provide you with both pieces of information.

The website isn't precise about dates but it is close. I can tell you from personal experience it can lead to angst as to why your vehicle isn't progressing faster.

I will tell you once the website shows your window sticker is available, your vehicle is most likely within a week of being produced. At the top of the window sticker you will see a "Blend Date" item. The blend date is displayed as YYYYMMDD. This is the date your parts are scheduled for production in the assembly plant.

I do know the microchip shortage is continuing to be an issue. I believe Louisville Assembly where the Corsair is produced is only working one shift and only a few days a week currently. The microchip shortage is going to persist most of this year and possibly into 2023.

Hi Zandyali. I ordered my Corsair GT form Bob Boyd Lincoln in Columbus, OH. Even though I provided my email at the time of the order I never received anything from Lincoln. I tracked my order via the Lincoln order tracking site. I have heard others say they contacted the Lincoln concierge and were able to get updates in that manner.

I do know Louisville Assembly where the Corsair is built has seen some downtime and shift reductions due to the microchip shortages.

Not sure if this helps or not, but I’m in Ohio too and here’s my rough time line.

Note that mine is a fleet order and usually not a high priority. Mine is a Standard with AWD, Corsair I, Elements, Premium and Convenience packages. So no automated cruise control on mine which is holding up all of the Edges and Explorers that our company ordered in the fall.

Ordered in mid October
Went into production 7th or so
Got notified that it was built Feb 15th
Shipped Feb 19th
Arrived at dealer Feb 21st
They are delivering to me later today

My point being that once it’s finally built, you should have it very quickly!

ThoP, we're on pretty much the exact same timeline. Ordered a GT in October, went into production 2/7, just got the notice THIS MORNING that it's built (!!!) with an estimated delivery of 3/9. Shipping to Connecticut via rail per the window sticker so shipping time likely longer than truck from Louisville to Ohio.

Can't wait to get behind the wheel. I am curious if my dealer will offer delivery - I haven't paid yet (they didn't have a good financing offer back in October when I ordered), did you pay on delivery? I'm also planning to trade in my 2013 Outback when I buy.

Congrats! I’m getting mine delivered to my house later today as a matter of fact! They are dropping it off and taking my old fleet car back in return, which saves me a ton of time since they are 45 minutes away.

It got to the dealer super fast, 2 days after it was built. I would have had yesterday but I wasn’t home. So you’ll have yours soon

Zandyali, as a follow-up: after confirmation of order, the next step in the process is production scheduling. When your vehicle is scheduled for production you will be supplied the VIN and an estimated build week.

Currently, Corsair production (as of last week) is being scheduled for the build week of 4/4/2022. So if you have yet to receive a VIN and production week, the earliest build date would likely be sometime in April.

Here is a link to scheduling information from a different site. This page is updated on Thursdays, and will give you current scheduling forecast. That is to say: if your Corsair is scheduled tomorrow (Thursday 2/24) it will be scheduled for the week shown on the linked sheet (currently 4/4, but tomorrow's update may have different/later build weeks.)

I ordered mine on 1/28/22 (reserve 2022 with priority code 10) and also have only received the order confirmation email. I did reach out to lincoln concierge and was told they are waiting for it to be put on production schedule. The person I spoke with told me that he would email me weekly with the current status.

I ordered 2-19-22, I was told 2-6 months. Which is better than the Maverick that I have on order, that will be Pushed to MY 23(ordered AUG 21, 21). Hoping that this get built in a reasonable timeframe.
