Cooled seats - sometimes work, sometimes don't.

I have a 2024 Nautilus hybrid. When I turn on the cooled seats, sometimes they cool and sometimes they don't. The indicator shows highest level of cooling, shaded in blue, but no cool air is flowing at all. The next time I start the car, it's blowing and I can feel it immediately. Both scenarios, are in 90 plus degree temperatures. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any advice. I should note, it doesn't work when I've started my vehicle REMOTELY.
