Hi hyl768s. Sorry, you mentioned the website in your first post, so thought you were attempting to schedule through the website.

I offered several options, one being rental reimbursement, which is available when complementary loaners are not. Speak to Lincoln Concierge about that.

I’m also wondering whether there may be a bit of a communication failure involved, since it is unusual that no Lincoln Dealership, out of 3 within 20 miles, will offer a complimentary loaner, even if you were to drive your vehicle to the Dealership and pick up the loaner.

Again, you may need to wait several weeks for availability, but it is unusual that zero out of 3 dealerships offer complementary loaners for in-warranty vehicles several weeks out in the schedule.

This is the first Lincoln I own. Believe it or not, I used to sell Lincoln based limo to China through a coach builder located in MO. I didn't know this is how bad they treat their end customer.

And to bbf2530s point, the Lincoln extended warranty may (but not always does) offer you a rental car reimbursement. As long as the 'first day rental' and Enhanced Rental Delete checkboxes are unchecked, you should get a rental for whatever period is not deleted. See the following example for what I'm referring to.

But more to his point (and yours) - assuming loaners are at any of the 3 dealers in range, they are obliged as I understand to offer them since you are under the original factory warranty. A quick call to the service department can affirm loaners or not - simply ask them how many loaners they have in their fleet to offer to customers. My dealership has a few dozen loaners.

Finally Norm Reeves Lincoln willing to honor the pickup and deliver service. Wait for 2 weeks to get the loaner. Today finally my GT being pickup. Hopefully Norm Reeves Lincoln can fixed the "Charge System Service Soon" issue that Envision Lincoln can't fixed for 6 months. Shut out to the Norm Reeves Lincoln service advisor Emma's dedicate works. She always either test me or call me for any status changes. Unlike Envision Lincoln, they never call me or text me with any update during trouble shooting.
