For me, all of my daily drivers get oil & filters changed, air filters inspected and exterior waxed in October and April of every year.

All my oil changes have always been done at the dealership with absolutely no issues whatsoever. This has me thinking as I am due soon for an oil change probably to be done at the dealership.
For 2.7 ecoboost :6000 miles on 2022 Aviator. Blues smoke from exhaust after sitting that goes away after a few seconds. The longer it sits the more smoke bit it usually sits for a day. Dealer is changing the oil and said they will go from there. This doesn't seem like a solution to me. I am not accepting this as a solution. It is embarrassing to start up a 73k and blue smoke pours out!
You may be able to do that unless the shop has rules against it. You also cannot lawfully record audio unless you are a participant in the conversation. It wouldn't be of much use if the hood was left up either. How about some kind of camera left running while your vehicle is at the dealership ?
Would be interesting to see more than just what kind of oil they use !
