2023 Aviator Reserve. Had this issue since new with no resolution. I have heard the same issues exist in previous years and on the Navigators. iPhone Plugged in before start up and the screen stays black until I unplug the phone an plug it back in. Swapped out cables, changed USB interfaces, made sure iPhone is up to date, updated Aviator software, had the recall done and still nothing. This is a known issue and the manufacturer has nothing to say.
I just rented a base model Ford Escape and it had no issues at all. It seems for the price range difference and Lincoln being a luxury brand, this should work on Lincoln's.
Not sure what else to try. Anyone else have a resolution for this issue?
