Anyone has an issue with the lack of any sound?

It happens randomly but often enough that it's annoying and an inconvenience. Once in a while someone calls me and when I answer, they can hear me but I cant hear them. When it happens, I know that if I turn the music on spotify, I wont hear anything either. It's like the car goes mute. I dont recall if it affects the radio though. I should try it next time. The only thing that helps to fix it is parking the vehicle, turning the engine off and opening the driver's door and then restarting the car. We brought it to the dealership a few times for this issue but they cant figure out what's happening. It happens regardless if my iphone connected to the car via Bluetooth or by a physical cord

This is pretty common with cars and bt. Every modern car ive ever owned would have the issue of unintended muted volume during cars.
