So I have a 2020 Lincoln navigator. It was working fine, then all of a sudden everything on the left (driver) side of the car stopped working. The windows stopped. The lane change warning stopped the directional signals stopped and the entire dashboard turned off. Oddly enough, the car still runs. The mirrors remain retracted. The right side everything is still on. Where is there a connection between everything on just the left side of the car and the control panel, including the infotainment system? Any suggestions on where to look? The dealer seems lost. The battery is fine. They are trying to tell me the car is a total loss and that I should buy something different. Please help.

Seems odd a dealer can't resolve such an issue.

The first place I would look would be a common ground point. Often there are ground splices from individual components leading to a grounding point on the body somewhere. Such info should be in the electrical diagrams.

Thank you for your input. The local dealer here is a Ford dealer that no longer carries Lincoln products. Do you think it would be of any benefit to take it to a Lincoln dealer?

Anyone know a quality Lincoln dealership in Vegas area are or an electrical shop there that is reputable that might troubleshoot?
