Advice buying 2007 navigator

Ouch.
You might negotiate a little or maybe that is inflation, not sure

Hopefully the missing running board is fixed and not a power running board.
Bumper cover has been zip tied
Non-OE wheels without TPMS
Hmmmm

That build date definitely has a 2-piece spark plug as original equipment.
When replacing use anti-seize. And not just any anti-seize. Pictures attached are two different ones.
The Permatex shown is good for 1600 degree f. Not enough for this application.
The Motorcraft high temp is good to 2500 degrees f.

I think it was power running board i checked the info i have option to have it auto but ofc its not working since there no board on the bottom
Im gonna get the motorcratf 2.5k degree and just give itnto my mechanic to replace that
Also just 1 spare key , ouch have to go to dealership to get extra key and fob? Or do you know third party that makes original key?

I am a lil anal about some things. I take pictures of the used spark plugs after I pull to replace.

This is a pic of #3 that I pulled & replaced in 2020.
Since I used the high temp anti-seize it came out much easier than the plugs that were in it when I bought the vehicle. This go around none broke. (First replacement I broke two)
The anti-seize goes on the smooth part of the spark plug below the threads. That part is actually in the combustion chamber. Which is the reason for the very high temp anti-seize.

Yes geez this engine really gets hot , im used to do the pilot

The modular engine doesn't get any hotter than any other engine.
It is the design of the spark plug that the bottom third is IN the combustion chamber. That bottom section of the spark plug can and does seize to the cylinder head. So when the sparkplug is removed, the threaded part and everything above that comes out. The bottom section that is smooth is still stuck in the head and has broken off. At that point an extraction tool is necessary.

The key to pulling put spark plugs of this design is to heat up the engine by running it. This softens the deposits between the spark plug bottom and cylinder head. Then smoothly turn out the plug a few turns. Then thread back into the head. Then thread out. Keep repeating until the plug comes out whole.

Combustion chamber temps can get up to 2000 degrees f.
That will burn up lower temp anti-seize compounds.
If high temp anti-seize is used to reinstall, removal the next time goes rather well.
