2025 Aviator
I recently acquired a 2025 Aviator Reserve and have been enjoying the vehicle. There is one adjustment I would like to make and want to see if it is even possible before I discuss it with the service department. On the horizontal portion of the seat, the two adjustable side bolsters push into the the sides of my thighs and makes it a bit uncomfortable. It is like the bolsters are a bit too high or close together. This is not something I noticed on various test drives on other Aviators. I have the adjustments down to 1. It feels like I need to take it down to a -1 or -2. I'm an average size guy so I don't think my weight is the issue.

Does anyone know or heard of being able to modify the range of travel of the adjustable portion of the seat, either by programing or adjusting the gears?

Thanks

This.

I am thinking of going to some type of shop to see if they can modify this.

I just acquired the 2025 Aviator and have the same problem. It's so bad, that if I have to drive somewhere that's over 15mins away I drive my other vehicle. If you have a fix, can you kindly share what you did? Thx much!
