'97 Town Car Headlight Switch

New to this forum but not to Lincoln's . I've had this Town Car for a couple of years. Just recently the high beams are coming on by themselves and after I turn them off they come right back on. Also the automatic on- off function sometimes won't turn the lights off. How hard is the headlight switch to get to. Dash panels are usually a pain . I'm guessing it's the switch anyhow, all advice appreciated and welcome.....help!

Try looking for the automatic light sensor that tells the lights to go on, that would be the first place I'd start and then move on to the switch, I feel like the sensor has a higher probability of going out than the switch, best of luck
