24B30 for the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus

Hi everyone,

I just got a call about a recall for my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, specifically recall 24B30. They just gave me an appointment in 2 weeks as I am away. They didn't provide much detail about what the recall involves. Has anyone else received this notification or know what this recall is about?

I'd appreciate any insights or details you might have. Thanks!

Assuming typo or OP was given misinformation. Here are the open CSP's for 24 Nauts according to Lincoln website.

It did not show under mine, using specific VIN, but if you just do a search on that site for 2024 Nautilus....it shows up with all the others. Still no 24B30 though.

If you have a hybrid, it would make sense to get a call for CSP 24B23, the injector replacement. That one had a dealer bulletin where Lincoln was urging dealers to do proactive reach-out to buyers to get the fix applied.

I regularly check another site where someone is very good about posting the '24 Nautilus SSMs/CSPs/..., along with the ones for a few other Lincoln vehicles. I haven't seen anything new since the end of May (one about a TCU software update that might be starting to come out via OTA already).

TSB = Technical Service Bulletin

SSM = Special Service Message

These are both used by service departments for repairs that aren't recalls. These are directions from the manufacturer for common customer complaints. Parts and repairs are covered if the vehicle is still under warranty. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay.

has anyone had their climate control registers update to retain last setting? The mentioned 23U11 expired in January and only affected 3000 or so vehicles.

I have not had any update related to the register positions. Mine still has the problem that it does not remember the last setting. Very frustrating that it won't remember the "motion" position esp. in the summer!
