'24+ Nautilus Touch-Up Paint Source?

Our '25 Silver Radiance has a small bumper gravel nick, so I'd like to pick j up some code JS touch-up paint.

It's on the vertical surface, just below where our bumper guard ends (of course ). Thinking a basic paint stick is appropriate for this.

Who have people been getting touch-up paint from? A particular Amazon seller or other online source? Order through a local dealer? One of the national auto supply stores?

Hi markfm. There are many options (of varying quality), from any/all of the above sellers you mentioned. Personally, I prefer to get the Factory/OEM paint from the Parts Department at my local Lincoln or Ford dealerships.

You can negotiate price with them, or take the part number/paint code and shop online.

There are also many good DIY videos on YouTube, demonstrating how to obtain the best results when touching up the paint finish.

Got a touch up paint for white platinum from our local Lincoln dealer. It was 20 bucks CAD. I'd suggest going to the dealer.

I ordered it from our closest Ford dealer. $34 (incl tax), they'll have it Monday. They did a VIN check to verify the right part number.

It's a tiny ding, on the plastic bumper, a perfect place to do a touch-up

@bbf2530 (& everyone else) The ding created a tiny ridge on one edge (possibly where the displaced paint was pushed). I'm thinking a bit of rubbing compound for that, else maybe wet sand with a piece of 3000 grit?

(The ding is only about 1/16" x 1/8", the little raised bit on a long edge.)

I was looking for touch up paint for my Lustrous Gray Nautilus. I went to several dealers in the area and they did not have it. Found one at an on-line Ford/Lincoln parts site. I matched perfectly.

I used to be like that, but now I’m old. I just take my cars to the express wash. I haven’t waxed a car in more than 5 years.

On your 25? When I see the word glaze, I think fillers .The last meg's polishes I used was m105/205 but that was some back.

It's for that tiny 1/16" x 1/8" rock ding on the rear bumper, looking for something with a bit less abrasiveness than Ultimate Compound to do a final smoothing. It's trivially small, and the bumper is plastic, but this is a "nice" opportunity to try a general chip sequence.
