'24 Nautilus Hybrid Owners With > 800 Miles and No Engine Problems?

I like having the keypad too, but beware that these keypads can fail. On my 2017 MKZ the keypad would light up when you opened the doors with FOB etc, but it stopped lighting up to the touch. I don’t know when it started but I noticed it this year. That’s one reason I’m not crazy about having to lock the car with the keypad and not having a physical button to do so.
Yeah, my F150 has the physical buttons. I have a console vault and lock my keyfobs in there (although you can still drive the car with the keyfobs in the safe). But F150 no longer has remote unlock since they discontinued the app. I've yet to buy a 3rd party system.

It stopped working as far as I can tell. If it doesn’t light up you can’t really see the numbers, but it did light up anytime you unlocked with the key fob. I spoke to the Lincoln service department and they said it does happen sometimes but is rare. In any case, I traded in the MKZ for the Nautilus, so it’s their problem now. The car also had the issue that the app no longer worked because the modem in the car was 3g. The upgrade to 4g would cost somewhere between 700 or 800 dollars.
On my '17 Lexus RX350 they didn't even offer a path to upgrade to a 4G/5G modem to keep the phone app usable. Worse, the Lexus key fob remote start also broke when 3G went away. I now have two fobs - the Lexus one (to start the engine when I'm in the vehicle, though lock/unlock/hatch open also still work), and an aftermarket-installed fob (to get functioning remote start, though I also end up using it for lock/unlock/...).

I have a BL hybrid with slightly over 1000 miles and have no issues other than occasional braking noise.
Hopefully multiple others will report back similar no-problem status. I really would like to order a Hybrid, loved it when I test drove one last week, but I may need to be patient, order a '25 instead of a '24, if the problem turns out to be really widespread.

(Replacing a major chunk of the engine should have Lincoln's attention, I'd expect they'll make sure that the '25s don't have this problem.)
