My Lincoln
2025 Navigator (Black Label)
Just got the 2025 Navigator (black label) and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the hotspot feature to work. I called Lincoln support and they said I needed to talk to AT&T. I called AT&T and they said I need to talk to Lincoln. So here we are.

Anybody able to get theirs to work? The Lincoln phone app has nothing in it that references wifi or hotspot settings. The vehicle has a hotspot icon, but it it just pops up a message that no subscription could be found. The AT&T website says my VIN is ineligible, but how could that be a thing? My 2022 Aviator could do it. The new Navigator has a modem, and it has an option/icon for hotspot.

Any help/information would be amazing, even if it's just to confirm that the latest Navigator model somehow doesn't have the same basic technology options as the 2022 Aviator.

I have a 2023 Navigator Reserve. Mine is doing the same thing. I have an active subscription from AT&T. I bought this car new in 23' and I have never had any issues. I have done factory resets on my modem, I have updated all software on my vehicle & phone. It still isn't working? I am taking it to the dealership today.

New (and first time) Lincoln owner here...

I have had the AT&T "connected car" service since 2019 on my BMW. Just picked up the '25 Navigator Reserve and went to the connected car site In-Car Wi-Fi and Wireless Internet Service | AT&T Wireless and plugged in the VIN and it said the car was eligible, but I had to call them (8667065773 - it's on the website) to get help. The had to cancel my old line because they lack the ability to transfer. And because the new car has a 3 month / 3GB trial, I have to use that up and then call AT&T to sign up for new connected car service. But it did work immediately as soon as they enabled it (I had to give them my AT&T passcode so they could get into the account to cancel the old one). When I click on the "Hotspot" app, it shows the remaining time/GB on the trial. They had me turn off bluetooth on my phone before testing it in vehicle, and connect to the car's WiFi and test some websites (and it worked).

For the 2025 Navigator
Some issues can quickly be resolved by doing a soft module reset. To reset the screen, press the volume knob five times. The screen will go black and reboot. It is also good to key cycle the vehicle ( turn off , open drivers door then shut, restart AFTER the dashboard is shut down completely) This may resolve the hotspot issue and also audio issues.
