My Lincoln
2025 Nautilus Hybrid Reserve II
I've read the lengthy discussion here about noisy (clunking/rattling) rear shocks and thought I'd let you guys know that it's still a thing.

I took delivery of my 2025 Nautilus on March 31 (built January 4, 2025) and immediately noticed rear-suspension noise when driving driving slowly over irregular pavement. In early May, I decided to visit my local Lincoln dealership, and a technician took a short test drive with me. Within a minute or two, the tech acknowledged that he was able to hear the noise and said that he would order two new rear shock absorbers. It took a few days for the new shocks to arrive, and I returned today to have them installed. So far, so good. The noise is gone, and I'm a happy Lincoln customer. FWIW, here's a snip from my work-order receipt with part numbers of the new shocks:

What trim level do you have? My shocks were replaced 3 times with no success

It's a Reserve II so, yes, it has the Adaptive Suspension.

Interesting how the noise always comes from right rear. I just had my RR shock changed again this month and it was quite for a few days now it seems to be almost the same noise as before as previously mentioned conditions. I have the same vehicle as yours however I have a different part # on paper work. my suffix is AG. By chance is yours a Jet package whereas mine is not.

My 2025 Reserve II hybrid does not have the Jet package option. I hope my new rear shocks last longer than yours!

I am convinced this fix is in software not the shocks

Keep us posted. Thanks

I have the same issue with my 2024 Nautilus Reserve III Jet Appearance. Complained but no fix.

My rattle still has not returned. 3rd replacement was in Feb and about 5000 miles ago.

This was and still is a concern. It was in my 2024 and is in my 2025, both the same vehicle model and trim level, Reserve III with Jet Package. Brake noise was and is still an issue with no fix in sight. The 2024 model was so plagued with problems that it was replaced by Lincoln with a 2025 model. I love this car so much and hate the issues that come with it, not only from the car but trying to get it serviced. Maybe someone will figure these problems out.
