2025 Aviator Loud Navigation Prompt

Trying to remedy a loud prompt volume. No matter how you adjust the sound it will always go back to a level 7. Has anyone else had this issue? We have done all the soft resets and even a factory reset so that is not the issue. Also have driven the car with the phones at home so I know it is not a phone issue.

I’ve noticed this too with the onboard nav system. Doesn’t happen with CarPlay nav apps like Waze.

It happens with any navigation app or the onboard Google Nav. Had it into service and did not get any help with it.
 
You should be able to adjust the volume to whatever level you prefer while the voice is speaking. It will then remain at that level going forward.

That’s the problem. It resets to a loud setting every time.

Volume does go down for that prompt but upon the next turn prompt the volume goes up to 7 again.
 
Hmm…that is strange. Have you called the concierge service to report it as a potential bug?

We did get it into service at our dealer. They did all updates available for our vehicle and did put a call into engineering and were told that the service manager would call when he hears back. That was just the other day. My question would be what exactly can Concierge do for things such as this. I was going to put in a call to them after we hear back from the service manager.
