So when Lincoln puts out a software update the recond only shows up on my AppI like your version better though. Especially the second paragraph. It’s not really clear in the user interface what all is included in the 9.1 software.

Have you gotten the Customer Satisfaction Program 24B09 update yet? Just curious if you're finding it buggy after that update.I took my first real trip in the '24 Nautilus yesterday and found the UI software to be very buggy. I'm a bit disappointed that it's not more buttoned-down even in a new release like this. But I still love the car and remain hopeful that Lincoln will roll-out fixes and enhancements. Fingers crossed for us all.
I took delivery of the car a couple days ago and I know they did a software update prior to delivery. I presume that would be the Program you're referring to? Is there a way to verify?Have you gotten the Customer Satisfaction Program 24B09 update yet? Just curious if you're finding it buggy after that update.
I'm not sure. I don't have my car yet. See this attachment. I'd specifically ask them if they did this.I took delivery of the car a couple days and I know they did a software update prior to delivery. I presume that would be the Program you're referring to? Is there a way to verify?
Dead battery in ours too! Had it for a month and it’s been in the shop most of the time. Screen freezes constantly.I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Nautilis the dealer told me I was the first one in the state of Florida to take possession of the car. Within a few days they called me back to update the software for no particular reason and then within a week of that my battery went dead. I took it in for service, and it went dead again, I took it in for service another time and it continued to drain after they replaced it with a brand new battery now they’re trying to load software to monitor what’s happening to the car and the car won’t accept the software they’re trying to download into my new vehicle my car is only six weeks old I haven’t been able to drive it for three weeks. Has anybody else been having similar software and battery issues?
Sorry to hear about your issues. It’s been in the shop most of the time for what reason? is the vehicle an ICE or hybrid? How long did the car go without it being driven when you discovered the dead battery?Dead battery in ours too! Had it for a month and it’s been in the shop most of the time. Hi! Well, we brought it in initially because the front screens all went black. We were told it’s a glitch and there’s no fix for it yet. Then it was back because it had low wiper fluid, the door locks stopped working properly, we kept getting warning lights turn on and off. Again, no fix. It completely died on us last week… we were told “bad battery.” However, reading other posts here it seems like the battery wasn’t the issue. Just got it back the other day and boom, black screen of death again today!Sorry to hear about your issues. It’s been in the shop most of the time for what reason? is the vehicle an ICE or hybrid? People are reporting it takes the dealer 4½ hours to apply this update. They may not push it OTA. Does the letter imply you should go to the dealership to receive it?I received a letter from Lincoln stating that update 24B09 is available. When I check for available updates in my vehicle, nothing shows up.
My service manager said to bring the car in to do the software update. He also said the battery should be charged to at least 70-80% to help guarantee an uninterrupted update given the length of time it takes for the software to be installed. They will charge my battery if it isn’t at that level prior to doing the install. It says I can doit OTA or dealer. They recommend OTA.
I had a so-so WIFI signal in my garage. My 2019 Nautilus and my current 2021 Corsair both would fail on OTA updates. I bought a WIFI extender and installed it in my garage. Now there is a strong signal and my Corsair will update properly OTA. With the 2024 Nautilus being more software intensive I figured it was a good investment. My service manager said to bring the car in to do the software update. Good to know. My WiFi signal is weak as well. I put an extender out there when I had the Lexus NX PHEV so the ChargePoint would be able to update properly. I sold the Lexus in early January and haven't really used it for anything major. So I'll hopefully benefit from it as well.I had a so-so WIFI signal in my garage. I purchased a black label 2024 Nautilus on March 30th. in Coconut Creek, FL. Within days the audio system stopped working and the vehicle programming keeps getting lost with screen freezes.
