Purchased in October and took back to dealership 3 days later. After 6 attempts they finally approved a buyback. Replaced tires twice; rebalanced several times; and even replaced the driveshaft. Finally, engineering stated they had not solution at this time. It was a very stressful process! They abide by your states lemon law. Something is definitely wrong with the 2024 Nav. I tried to test drive another one to replace; it did the same thing. Come to find out it was purchased from another dealership for another customer with the same issue. He refused it too.

Purchased a Lincoln Navigator in December 2024 the car shakes when I go 70 miles an hour or more. I have a newborn and it doesn't feel safe driving this car. Lincoln states they don't know the issue and replaced the tires and still vibrates at high speed. This is my second attempt taking it to the shop where they still are unable to figure out the issue. Very frustrating as this is a family car and I'm having to deal with something that is unsafe.

Did you just keep taking it back to get a buyback?
Engineering told me the same thing and call the shaking and vibrations just a characteristic of the vehicle.

I purchased mine in December 2024 and sadly they replaced the tires the driveshaft they’ve rebalanced they’ve done everything under the sun. My vehicle has been in there now this time for 30 days. I literally have had my vehicle only six months and I’ve had very little time to drive it because of the shaking issue Did they ever figure out what was wrong? And did they ever come up with a resolution by the look of your post, they have not how did you get them to buy it back? I can’t get them to do anything for me.

I purchased mine in December 2024 and in the same boat I have tried everything to get them to buy it back and nothing. Still shakes, 3 sets of tires later, in the shop for 5 weeks. It’s so ridiculous

I always loved Ford my absolute favorite vehicle until now! They should be solving this known problem and taking care of their clients

Could be any of these issues, or bad driveshaft, or something else....Good Luck

You have to call Lincoln direct and ask them to open an investigation. They will do most scheduling and communicating with the dealership for you. Depending on your state Lemon Laws, if you keep taking it back for the same issue it's a lemon. They will have to offer a fair resolution. If Lincoln doesn't approve a buyback then you may call the BBB and they will push Lincoln to satisfy your claims.
