UPDATE
All... this thread has been and will be very informative & helpful to me in my quest to get my issues remedied - most specifically - vibration. First - I still do not have possession of my '24 BL reg Nav. I was told it was ready last wednesday and I went thurs to pick it up. spent time with the lead shop GM - who was persoanlly involved with the tire/rim vibration issue. We drove it - but only approx 1/2-1 mile (no highway time) and it seemed like it may be a bit better as he said they did have to road force and spin the wheel/tire on a couple of them? I asked for the actual numbers (run out/weight specs) but could not produce them at that moment . I need to get it to 70-85 to give it a real test.... WHEN I get the truck back

. they did not perform or complete the other simple tasks (cosmetic for the most part) even tho it sat at the Ford location for 2.5 wks. I refused to take it until it was completed properly per my list (that I have gone thru in great detail aa number of times. All very nice guys... but somewhere somehow communication failed between the two locations??? I have faith in both the Shop GM and the service contact that they are on this double duty. ive gotten calls/texts just bout every day. but I do know they know - I am running out of patience. making my 2nd payment already and for nuthin. FYI they have put approx 120 miles on my truck so far .
