2024 delivery schedule

Picked up my Reserve III Hybrid. When I get home ill give my full review.
I am very impressed by it so far.
Just curious, how long did it take to pick-up the vehicle? From time you arrived at dealer until you drove away.

The last 2 Lexus' I purchased it took me 4+ hours. I'm hoping Lincoln is better at this.

Does anyone know what the track control feature on the new Nautilus's means.

I believe that is the final step before they actually start glueing your car together and duck taping all the components.

It's accepted and they have the stuff and it will be built.

My retailer said my vehicle “is selected to schedule”. Anyone else heard of that status?
I received that as well, 2 1/2 weeks after selected for scheduling I received my Vin number. The tracker updated on Feb 20th it now says scheduled for Production the week of Feb. 26th.

Took me about 3 hours. Had to run to the bank to get a cashiers check also due to a large down payment.

What is large?

Im not the one you asked, but I just covered this with my dealer today so I would be prepared when my car arrives. My dealer requires a cashiers check for amounts over $30,000. However, I’m pretty certain this is a dealer policy. Not Lincoln’s. Your dealer may not require one or use a different threshold.

I guess I'll ask my dealer, but any idea if they can just do a direct EFT from a bank account?

Swindler,

My Dealer, Lincoln of Wayne (NJ), wouldn't do any other transaction other than Certified Cashiers Cheque direct from the bank. I had it made out for the exact amount of the vehicle (including all the usual fees) only. I paid for the ESPs with my Debit Card. I got a call today from my rep telling me that my plates, registration and title are in and for me to come friday so they can install the plates and give me the other paperwork. I've been going back and forth with my rep because I purchased the cargo accessories package and the trailer tow package, which were not received at the time of delivery. He stated the cargo accessory package was under the rear floor panel with the spare tire. I told him there was nothing there. He says he'll schedule the installation of the trailer tow package when they receive the parts necessary. Both options are dealer installed options as you are already aware.

To all who are still waiting for their Nautilus, hang in there, you won't be disappointed.

I was gonna ask about that. When I ordered my Nautilus they didn't have the accessories option. But now they do, so ifI get them now do I have to take my vehicle back to the dealership to get them installed. Or can I buy them at signing too?

Vishan,

Unless you have a mechanic willing to give you a written warranty on the parts and labor, I would only have them installed by a Lincoln Dealer because of the Warranty provided on parts and labor. As for the purchase, you can ask at the time of your signing for your new vehicle, or you can go to the parts counter at your dealership and purchase what you want and schedule and pay for the installation. Please remember, this is for dealer installed options only, if it's factory installled options, those need to be listed when you ordered your new vehicle. I hope this helps.

I am so excited… and impatiently waiting. I also ordered the tow package so my husband and I can finally have a way to take our e-bikes out and about - he has an aviator and for some reason it didn’t come with that option, so we’re excited to finally have it. I am thrilled everyone getting their cars are enjoying them, makes me that much happier I ordered the car.

I am planning to buy the dashcam, the interior cargo related nets and accessories, the battery jumper, and then the UFO speaker thing. Are all those dealer installable and can be bought with the car.

Shopaholik,

Your enthusiasm is contagious even though I already received my Nautilus. Good luck and congratulations!

Vishan,

Yes, all of those accessories are Dealer Installed. You can pay for them when you pay for your new vehicle or you can go to that dealers parts counter, pay for the accessories and the installations that you want. When the parts are delivered to that dealer, they will notify you and you can contact them to schedule the time to install the options. I hope this helps.

If you are considering any financing or leasing, be sure you unlock your credit file (like Experian or the three credit reporting agencies) before meeting with the F&I manager. They will always check your credit history. My dealer accepted a personal check after checking my credit file. No cashiers check required.

Interesting. I have all 3 locked. I've sent a text to my dealer asking about the particulars as to what is required. Waiting to hear back. But that may be an option as well. I'll remember that during my discussions with the dealer.
