2024 delivery schedule

Made the decision to move in a different direction.
Let me start by saying the 24 Lincoln Nautilus is an amazing ride in so many ways, checked most of my boxes - Blue Cruise, fantastic massage seats, Hybird, Styling, Technology and cost. Just saw the first commercial this afternoon, very cool.
Next, special Thank You to the members that have been on this site from early on, can't say enough how much I appreciated all the research and knowledge I gained from all of you. It was a fun ride tracking and learning so much.
My decision was based on the test drive, I went to a different dealer than I ordered from and was close by to my second choice. During my test drive I was consistently trying to move the seat back, just did not fit well, I could see the screen without any issues and loved the ride but over the years I have made mistakes and did not do enough to qualify my needs. After my test drive I went down the street to the BMW dealership that had the X6 in stock and the seat went back about 8 - 10 inches further and my wife loved the performance. Put in an order sheet for a '25 set for production in April.
If anyone is looking for a really nice Hybird in Southern California please reach out, it is due any day now.
2024 Nautilus Reserve lll, Lustorus Gray with light smoked truffle interior.
If this works for someone, reach out and I can put you in touch with a great sales person.
I didn't think BMW made a Hybrid. I know there are 3 X6 models for 2024 but I haven't seen the 2025. Is that the Hybrid year for BMW?

I don't think so. Along with my Black label Nautilus I also have a BMW X3 M competition on the way, and as I was ordering it I asked the salesman if I should wait for the 2025 or go ahead and place an order for the 2024. And he told me not to wait because BMW just refreshed most of their vehicles this year and last year so not to expect any changes for at least for a couple years.

The power in these coupe cars are amazing but the gas milage is horrible on another level. Last year before I sold it I had the 2022 Mercedes GLE 63 Coupe. And that thing had amazing power like 3 something 0-60. But it had horrible gas milage. Like I would be sitting in the parking lot with my car running for a couple minutes and I would lose like 8 miles of gas. It had the worst gas milage ever.

So I got tired of waiting on Portland so today I did it. Gave up on the reserve 3 hybrid and bought a Black Label gas. White with Chalet interior. It landed in Winston-Salem on 2-9 and the dealer expects it in this week. Just got tired of waiting. I will drive 7 hours to save 6 weeks.

I am waiting on my Hybrid BL white with Chalet… such a beautiful combo, please post photos once you get it! I can’t wait to see mine, which is still on the water, but should land in Portland within the week. 🤞 I will then have to go to the next stage of waiting for the rail car. 😕

Yeah that's painful knowing it is just sitting there for weeks. I hope to have it this weekend or the first of the0 week.

I saw the Chalet interior on my last visit to the dealer. It is BEAUTIFUL. Butttt, I'm soooo glad I selected Redwood (NOT that it is a great choice though). It's WHITE, and a LOT of it. There is a 3 color interior combination with the Redwood. The Chalet appeared to be 3 colors as well but not as noticeable as the Redwood.

I can keep my White exterior clean and looking beautiful. It is extremely hard to keep the White interior clean. If you wear jeans, it'll be blue real fast. Looks great on day one but take a look at it on day 180.

The other thing I noticed about BOTH interiors is the actual material itself. They call it a suede but it is more like material to me. I am clueless at this point on how to keep it clean. You can use a leather cleaner on the outer perimeter but I'm not so sure how to clean the inner sections as it will suck up any type of cleaner you apply. But once I get my Nautilus I'll get it figured out.

I'm going round and round with my wife...well, actually that's not a fair description. More like I'm running into a brick wall.

I told my wife that I think we should get a BL instead because of all the features the BL has (to be fair ambient light in rear door and lit Lincoln lettering is a pretty weak reason). She says she hates the Redwood. That's even stronger than when we first looked at the car online. She wants the Black Onyx. We're both a huge no on anything light colored like white for the reasons stated here. No way to keep it clean.

Keeping the Chalet interior clean is my biggest fear, especially because I wear jeans a lot. I know. First world problems.

Seats being white is one thing and presents it own problems. But the steering wheel is WHITE also. You'll be constantly cleaning that unless you leave it and you'll have your BLACK interior after a short period of time.

yeah, white is always a no go. We don't really like white or tan. The redwood is one that intrigues me but my wife says she hates.

Another thing neither one of us liked was the quilted leather in other brands.

The other thing the Black Onyx has that no other color has is the black headliner.

I guess I’ll have to store microfiber cloths and a bottle of leather cleaner in the car. Don’t want blue coloring smearing the seats.

I understand your wife not liking the redwood, I initially didn’t like it until I saw it in person. I do think they should have had a grey option, the redwood is a pretty specific color pallet and not everyone will like it, same with chalet due to the light color. The photos online don’t do justice to either interior color justice- they are SO much prettier in person.

I went back and forth a bit, the Redwood is gorgeous, ultimately, I have always wanted a white interior and since I went with a white exterior w/ jet package I thought the chalet would complement the outside. I do know it will be a bit more maintenance, but worth it, YOLO. 😂. You all can tell me, “I told you so” when I am posting in months from now asking how to clean my seats - if I have my car within months. 🙄

The car inside and out is beautiful! I looked at far more expensive cars, but kept coming back to the Nautilus for both looks and comfort.

Except for the 2020 Aviator I had, I have always had light interiors and have never noticed any discolouration from the blue jeans I always wear. This issue was also noted a few times in the Explorer forum.

I get the bluing even on Carmel color interior. But since it's leather it cleans easy. I'm just not sure how to clean this suede material that appears to be material (to me). Someday we'll find out if they ever get our cars built and delivered.
