2023 Navigator L Buyback

Anyone having PAAK issues should tell the dealer, if they are too stupid to figure it out, to re-flash the RFA Module. There is an SSM, 50845, for many 2020-2022 models that likely applies to 2023s as well. This solved my PAAK issues on my 2022.
Hi Melissa. Ooops! Sorry, I missed that your vehicle is currently in for service. In that case, just make sure they also look at the window issue so it can be properly diagnosed and corrected.

And even if they state they "...could not duplicate the issue..."/it worked fine while they had the vehicle, be sure the fact you notified them about it, along with any steps they took to diagnose, are noted on the work invoice.

And get a copy of the work invoice. The Service Department should always provide a copy of a work invoice to the customer.

Keep us updated and good luck.
Absolutely. Since they didn’t have the last 2 service appts in their system, I am going to be sure everything is documented and I receive a copy.

So Lincoln is buying back my 2023 Navigator L Reserve.

Was in the shop for close to a month. Issues include:

- Rear passenger door does not close properly.
-HUD went dark
- Stereo rattling noise from dash
-Running boards don't always deploy. Computer resets them from Auto to Off.
-Alignment issues.
-Rear massagers weren't hooked up properly, they didn't work.
-Carplay issues.

Not sure what will I do next. Maybe get another. This is my fourth Lincoln buyback in the past few years. (2 Aviators, 1 Corsair and now this). I really do love Lincoln but man the cars themselves are so terribly made.
How did get them to buy it back my dealership says li coln wont. Its been in the shop for system failures ... and over 30 days 1 time.

Hi G-706029. More information may help. For example:
- What model year is your vehicle and what is the current mileage?
-Is it still within the 4 year/50,000 mile New Vehicle Warranty?
- Are you the original owner, or did you purchase it used?
- What “system failures” is the vehicle experiencing?

Manufacturer Buybacks are at the discretion of the vehicle manufacturer. If your dealer says they can’t/won’t help, you can try calling Lincoln Concierge and asking them for assistance.

Another option would be a Lemon Law buyback. For that, you would need to research your state Lemon Law regulations, and then initiate a case if your vehicle qualifies.

I’m sure others will also jump in with more information, so keep us updated and good luck.
