2023 Corsair orders, build dates

I ordered my Corsair December 22 and got the immediate email that they had my order, then a week ago got essentially the same email. I will give them a bit longer then will be moving on . They said I'd get an update every 45 days that's 6 weeks way too long for updates on this type of purchase. I hope their customer service is reading these emails!

I suspect you will get more information shortly. When I ordered a Reserve I received a vin and build week in 5 weeks. Of course....my build week has moved from January 9th to March 13th but I get updates almost bi weekly.

I'm guessing with all the setbacks at the plant things may be slower.

I ordered on 10/31 and have gotten precisely one e-mail update from them on 11/10 saying my order has been received. Nothing about a VIN #, build week, etc. Also, if they're making SIRIUS, hands-free liftgate and other options unavailable I might not even want it now. The way things are going it's starting to look like the '23s will be coming out right around the time other automakers have their '24s on the way.

My understanding is it is only the Escape that they will be making these options unavailable. I think (only conjecture) that is why the order books were temporarily closed on the Escape earlier in the month while they finalized the configuration options.

2/14/23 - Production date changed to 3/13/23

2/21/23 - Production date changed to 3/27/23

Bumped it TWO weeks.

Pre-production phase? I thought production started in Dec. 22. Have they seriously not even built any '23s yet?

No I think they have been built not releasing , My Blend date was Jan 10 and on my sticker it has also At the bottom of the window stick I have Jan 30 2023 must be the invoiced date, also all my modules are active plus my FordApp has everything on it,

3-27-23 build date for my GT that I ordered the second week of September 2022.

Interesting, I ordered a GT Sept. 13th and have only received a confirmation from Lincoln on Sept. 14th that the order is confirmed. My dealer insists there is no further info to date....

Exact same situation I'm in. Maybe it's an Illinois thing. LOL. Seriously, though, it's getting to the point where I might have to start looking for a different vehicle. I don't want to, but at some point enough is enough.

Reserve / GT? Curious which one you’ve ordered.

Received an email yesterday. In the body of the note says build week of 3-13-2023, yet in the time line at the top indicates 3-15-2023. Seems odd they do not match up.

Yesterday, my wife received another e-mail update from Lincoln which now predicts a build date of March 20 for her 2023 Corsair Reserve II.

This order was originally scheduled for production to happen on January 9.

I don’t know if it will be the same for you guys but the aviator thread has cars that are in production so far for a month. So could it be feasible if you cars are being built in March that you might not see them until the end of April or early June ?
