2023 Corsair orders, build dates

Looks like my wife's 2023 Corsair Reserve is definitely on its way. Built on 4/23, shipped on 4/30, and is now (5/4) in Buffalo, NY on its way to Boston according to CSX Touch Trace. Final delivery expected between May 12 and May 18.

I've updated the community spreadsheet with all details.

O m g just called our dealer today, they said my car is finished and awaiting transport to them! Estimated delivery date May 24. It’s a Reserve with package III and I’m beyond excited!

Was that your first notice? Did you not receive any messages from Lincoln?

Is the revel a stand alone option?
No! I certainly wish it was. Base stereo is coming with the deleted subwoofer. To get Revel it's exclusive to the Level III package that's $10,300. That more than I care to pay.

I just got confirmation that my Corsair Standard is in Jacksonville Fla and will be at the dealership this weekend or beginning of next week. Although I had tapped out my dealer still kept touch. So there is hope everyone.

What options? Anything unusual that may or may not have held up production.
FWD?

I just joined this forum because I'm thinking of purchasing a Lincoln Corsair. I work out of time with my job I've been in touch with the local dealership at home I probably won't be home until memorial Day the earliest to finalize the deal and order.
I drive above average mileage. I'm from Pennsylvania. I'm that one in a thousand that would be perfectly content with front wheel drive. It's cheaper and a little easier on gas

Honestly. I've been still bouncing around ideas about what I wanted.
That's what I was probably going to go with. FWD Standard. Level 1. Possibly Level 2.
The one change from 2022 to 2023 was the elements package.
The heated and ventilated seats are now part of the Level 2 package.

Try out the ventilated seats before you commit. I found the heated were awesome but ventilated and massaging were meh. And android or apple car takes care of needing navigation. As far as wireless charging an inexpensive rapid charge cord from Amazon is just as good and you won't need to worry about phone case being too thick. And the garage door opener doesn't work with older garage doors . So research the items and see if its really important for you.

In Arizona we find the ventilated seats awesome. However on high there is a lot of wind noise that you hear. I would like to see diagrams of the ventilated seats equipment. I think each seat has its own blower motor.

Yeah, little things like the wireless charging doesn't work well, if at all, with thick phone cases like an OtterBox defender. Although they claim it does.

One thing I discovered was I thought the headlights were the same.
Corsair standard has LED standard headlights.
Corsair Reserve has jeweled headlights and adaptive headlights. Corsair Reserve has the the Lincoln signature taillights.
The NHTSB rates the Corsair standard headlights as poor. Worst rating there is.
The Reserve headlights are rated good and acceptable. I work evenings I'm always driving at night it seems.

The charging pad in both our '22s work very well. We have fairly thick cases and the charge goes through. They are not fast charges but they do charge.

What phones?
Both are Samsungs (22 Ultra and 21 Ultra). My brother-in-law's Apple (don't know which one) charges also (and he uses the heavy OtterBox).

Because the 2022 does not support wireless AA, I always plug in with a USB cable.
In my other car, I use AA wireless with a charging pad and there is no problem. Samsung 22 with Otterbox Defender. I hope the 2023 Lincoln will be the same.

We received one message in April from our salesman when it entered production. Then nothing until we called them yesterday. Lincoln hasn’t contacted us.
That is exactly what I was wondering. I spoke to my salesman today. No surprise news was available. I was hoping I was just missing notifications from Lincoln.

I had almost given up and started bracing for a second choice (unthinkable). After our problems in Jan. this year where we had multiple serious safety issues with our hours-old ‘22 Corsair Reserve (found on the lot) I wondered if they would discontinue production. Thankfully the dealership released us from the sale and we put in a custom order for this one. I’ll keep fingers crossed for good news for all.
