My Lincoln
2022 aviator
I have a 2022 aviator.
When I have the air con on the temp coming out of the vents is only 50 degrees and the car never feels like it gets cool. If I put the recirculating on the temp may drop to 45 degrees. This does not seem cold enough for an air conditioning system. Same with the vented seats they do not seem to get cool either.

A lot depends on outside temperature. If you think there us a problem, take it in and explain and demonstrate the issue.

Welcome to the Forum. 👋
I believe the air for the vented seats is taken from the cabin. If the cabin isn't cooling, then neither will the seats. Although I've not measured the temperature on mine, 50 degrees doesn't sound cool enough.

My new 2022 Aviator with 800 miles had to have the blend door acuator replaced on the driver side. There was a noticeable difference between the driver and passenger side. It was the first time to use it. Thay had to pull the enitire dash to replace it. I was not happy. They had to remove the console and two front seats. It is much better now. They are having to replace some scratched trim. It truly felt like driving with the just turned off air condition before it was repaired. It felt humid also.

My 2022 Aviator AC just started doing the same thing. Passenger side is cold while drivers side is warm air. Drivers side AC seat doesn't work at all. This is my first Lincoln - wasn't sure if I needed to trade it in.

Warm on one side and cold on the other is typically a sign of issues with the blend door. As for the seat cooling, it uses the cool air from the cabin and blows it through the seat. The seat actually does not have its own A/C. If there is no cool air coming through the perforations then perhaps the fan in the seat is not working.
