2021 Navi Water in Liftgate Center Light Assy

Just had the safety recall to replace the rear camera completed and now I have water in the liftgate center light assembly. My dealer told me that they didn't remove the assembly to replace the camera. Is that correct?

Looking at pictures of the back of a 2021 Navigator, it appears the cameras are in the liftgate around the license pate.
The 3rd brake light is located at the top center of the lift gate.
There would be no reason to touch the 3rd brake light at the top center of the lift gate to remove the camera.

For the 2021 Navigator it is mounted in the tailgate center light assembly. Please see the photos, I have attached.

I didn’t have that recall executed; however, I do have water in that center light assembly. I’ve got the Lincoln Protect ESP, with the lighting option. But rest assured, it specifically excluded water intrusion to the lights. So I guess I’ll just have to wait until it corrodes and shorts out something significant that is covered.
