2020 Nautilus

I just purchased a 2020 nautilus new. I have been having problems with the radio. They ordered a new one and it's wrong. They are trying to figure out the issue. Has anyone else had a problem? The wrong radio had to be put in on the assembly line.

Sirius freezes, travel lincoln and lincoln way doesn't connect. This has been going on since the day I bought it. I have had a loaner for almost 3 weeks.

Have 2020 nautilus. bought 11/2020. Couple months ago Sirius XM will stop working most times if I have a short stop with engine shutoff. But then will be ok if car sits for a while off On the next restart.

There is a known issue with the last Sync update. There is supposed to be a fix coming in September. If this is a huge issue you can take it to the dealer and have them roll Sync back to the previous version.

It has been at the dealer since July 27th. Lincoln Corporation said they gave the dealer the fix. They told it was fixed. I went to pick it up today and it wasn't. I don't even want this vehicle anymore. I didn't even have this car for 24 hours when I found this issue. I should have been told about this issue before I purchased it. This is the second Lincoln since February that had issues.I am making payments on a car I don't even have.
