2020 Aviator Reserve complete loss of communication with Computer.

My wife’s 2020 Aviator is randomly losing complete communication with the computer. It has happened four times in the past five weeks. When turning the car off it loses communication with the computer completely. There’s no power to anything. The key fob, lights, and horn doesn’t have power and doors won’t open. The first two times it happened at home so I disconnected the battery cables over night and by morning it had reset itself and acted as if nothing happened. The last two times it was away from home and it took about 1.5 hours sitting in the parking lot of the grocery store to reset itself. The local dealership can’t guarantee that they can fix it because there aren’t any codes generated when this occurs. Has anyone had this happen and if so how was it fixed.
