I have seen a navigator 2019 model for sale. As this is now almost 6 years old model, just wanted to know how are these new Suvs in terms of reliability. I have a 2007 town car currently since 2013 and has never given me too much troubles. It is a keeper. Is navigator also one of those kinds? is it worth to buy 2019 model? The condition looks great and has 100K km on it. Any advise?

I would never put a Navigator on the same tier of reliability as a Town Car, but having said that, I've had above average experiences with the four Navigators I have owned. A 1999, 2010, 2016 and the current 2024. If I had to rank them it would be the 2016 on top, followed by the 1999, with the 2010 bringing up the rear since I have less than a year so far with the 2024.

As with most used vehicles, prior maintenance and upkeep means everything. Check the service records for religous maintenance records and indications of performed recalls and any work done to correct defects.

Thanks for the response.
I wanted to know in terms of ride smoothness and comfortableness, which car is more better between Aviator and Navigator? I heard that Navigator does not have air suspensions while Aviator has. Does that make Aviator more smoother?

Certain option packages for the Aviator includes air suspension. The Navigator has not had air suspension offered for several years now.

Ride quality can be a subjective matter but comparing an Aviator to a Navigator will require decisions based on attributes beyond the availability of air suspension. While there are many similarities between the two models, there are several differences as well. For example, in my case, passenger capacity, cargo capacity and towing capacity. No Aviator would meet my needs in those criteria.

I am kind of addicted to the smoothness I get on my Towncar. And I want something which is similar or better than towncar. What would you recommend?

An Aviator optioned with air suspension would come the closest in the most current Lincoln lineup to the smoothness of the Town Car in my opinion.
