2019 continental driver seat warmer

I am having an issue with the driver seat warmer not turning on. The 3 level indicator light shows it should be on but the seat does not warm up. Passenger side is working as it should. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or any recommendations on what to check first? I did look at the fuse in the engine bay box and it is not blown. 2019 continental black label with 36,000 miles. Had it happen on a couple fords I have and it’s been the heating coil. One time the lights were on and it wasn’t working and one time the lights were flashing indicating a problem

99% chance its the wire harness under the passenger seat. Its an incredibly easy fix if you know how to splice wires. Anyhow, theres a module either under the driver or passenger seat. The issue is there is 2 ground terminals on the module, but the wiring harness only includes one pin for ground. And its not enough. The module heats that pin up, and the connector melts eventually severing the connection and when the ground is gone, it stops working.

Find the module, and pull the connector out and see if its burnt. Itll likely be the ground pin (one in the corner of the connector). Order a new connector (can be had on amazon for cheap) and replace it rather than pulling the entire harness, to order a new one, to end up with the same issue again.

Part number is Motorcraft WPT928 a quick Google search will find it.
