Anyone noticing any rust issues on the 2018+ models. That's about 7 years old now.

The body is aluminum, and I don't see any signs of oxidation. The frame is fine after 7 years of year-around PA use, just some minimal surface rust at the welds. The only things that do look ugly are the bodies of the running boards motors: I don't know where they source them, but they are really rusty. There is a bit of inconsequential surface rust on some other parts under the truck. Overall, given the aluminum body I would expect these vehicles last longer that the previous generation steel-bodied trucks, at least corrosion-wise.

On my 2018 Continental I have twice had rust bubble up in the seam where the outer door skin meets the inner. I fixed one myself about three years ago, and it seems to be holding up. I now have the second one to tackle. Disappointing.
