I have a 2018 Lincoln Navigator, and the rear hatch won’t open. It has power since I can hear it trying to release, but it doesn’t fully engage. The rear window releases and opens normally. Could this be a faulty latch assembly that needs replacement? I’ve already tried pulling the fuse and disconnecting the battery to reset the system, but neither worked. Had a scan done with no codes misfiring. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
