2017 Lincoln MKZ no crank no start

Hey I have a 2017 hybrid and it it refusing to even crank over and giving me a bunch of error codes and the gauge for the hybrid battery is completely empty


It shows every warning message that it possibly can and then says "stop safely now"


It did get down to -45c without the windchill last night


I attempted to start it this morning not being plugged in and it wouldn't go so I plugged it in and waited a couple hours, still nothing, then put a battery charger on the 12v battery and it read very low so I brought that inside hoping it would warm up and charge which it did, tried it with the warm charged battery and still nothing but errors messages (I've had a torpedo heater infront of it with a tarp covering it the whole time just FYI)


Also tried to do a hard reset by taking the battery out and removing the high voltage disconnect which also accomplished nothing


I can assure you nothing is overheating and that there is no oil pressure because the car is not running obviously


I'll try to attach a picture of the dash


Really want to avoid the dealership as they are a 30 min tow away
