2015 mkz one side puddle light not working

I tried replacing my puddle lights with aftermarket l.e.d lighting and the passenger side stopped working. I'm not getting any power to the wires but all other lights/functions work. The fuse box doesn't list those specific lights so I thought it would be ambient lighting but all of the other lights work so not sure what else I can check before pulling off the mirror and checking the wires for a short or disconnection. Another forum suggested disconnecting the battery to reset the system and that didn't work. Any suggestions?
