2011 Town Car and Door Switches

Does anyone know for sure - and have you done this - if the 2003-2008 Town Car switches on the doors can be used in a 2011? I have tried and tried to find a replacement DOOR LOCK and DOOR WINDOW switch for my 2011. They are more rare than an 'honest politician'...but there are tons of the 2003-2007 versions out there, and some are even 'new'. (see image) -- or can I just replace them in all 4 doors? I would not have an issue if I could get them all to look the same.

I had the same problem when I got an 09. Found the lock button on AMAZON and 1 window switch panel on ebay. I sold that to someone a couple of months ago since I didn't use it. I vaguely remember hearing or reading that the connector was slightly different for 09-11 but I don't know that for a fact.
