Having an issue with my 2000 Town Car where there is a persistent clicking/ticking noise that's coming from where the code reader plugs in on the drivers side. The sound is similar to that of the blinkers. Sometimes it will click faster than others but the noise happens at least 75% of the time. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what this may be? Upon some research, I think it could possibly be a blend door actuator or the lighting control module. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
