20" rim question

Has anyone had a problem with the chrome rims cracking near the center of the wheel. All 4 of our rims are cracking at the very same place on each rim near the center. Lincoln/Ford has denied our claim. So much for the bumper to bumper warranty

Just letting everyone know that I had taken the car to a Ford dealer and got these results. I took my car to a Lincoln dealer today, Ted Russell in Knoxville, TN, and just got a call that new wheels were on their way. They honored the bumper to bumper. Thanks to Brett, service writer. Thank you Lincoln.

Oh yeah...Only take your Lincoln to a Black Label Certified dealership. You may not have a BL, but the Client Services manners don't drop if your roll in with a Premiere Trim. Blue Oval dealerships just don't get it.
