- My Lincoln
- 2005 navigator
05 navigator. I have hot heat in the rear and the passenger side of the vehicle. I replaced the blend door actuator which was located behind and to the right of the stereo. Still just cold air blowing out on the driver side. I was told there is only one blend door actuator for this navigator but it has right and left temp control. Is there another one hiding somewhere else?
My other problem is I have no vacuum at the actuators that move the air from defrost to floor and dash. I’ve checked all vacuum lines had one cracked repaired that and still no vacuum to the actuators. I even hooked a vacuum pump up to the lines checking for leaks and find none.
Tested the vacuum reservoir and found no leaks.
Is there a switch somewhere that controls the vacuum to the hvac?
I’m stumped and tired of throwing parts at it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
