My Lincoln
2023 Corsair Reserve
‘24-‘25 Nautilus owners, how is the fit and finish of your vehicle? I have a ‘23 Corsair (16k miles) and it has so many rattles, vibrations, and creaks: the seats, the touchscreen, panel in rear door somewhere when it’s cold. (I won’t mention the turbo engine actuator I had to replace—oops just did). Could use some extra room so considering options, including Nautilus, but not sure if this fit finish quality is typical of Lincolns these days, or just the Corsair. Thanks for your input.

My '24 Nautilus doesn't have squeaks or rattles and the fit and finish is great. Very quiet. I just traded my '23 Corsair that had a few annoyances at first but the dealer took care of them so it too was quiet in the end.

Mostly very good. Love the finishing touches. However, SOME people have various noises that may or may not be resolved yet. Search the threads for grinding/grunting brakes, seat belt rattles, and shocks/suspension noises.

Fit and finish in my 24 Reserve 2 is excellent. There are a few issues that many of us have worked through, such as software issues, brakes and rear shocks. Generally speaking once all the service bulletins have been taken care of there are no issues. I will say that there is not a single creak or rattle anywhere, and we are in the dead of winter here in Ontario. Very happy with my car. If you are going to get a 24 try very hard to get a very late build ( May-August 24). As there were many issues to sort out in prior builds.

I agree that the fit and finish are good. My only concern is that the paint seems to be quite thin, but I think I've read on this forum that that's a legacy Lincoln issue.

Except for a under body shield t it has been excellent.

Thank you!

I'm very pleased with the fit and finish on my 24 Nautilus with 9602 miles. With every major redesign of a vehicle there will always be a few issues that pop up. Mine just developed a slight rattle that I'm in the process tracking down but it's nothing concerning and definitely not something that would keep from buying another one. Even after 8 months of ownership there is still not another SUV on the market I would chose over my Nautilus.

Thanks! I agree the design is a real head-turner! How do you like the panoramic information display? Take some getting used to?

For me it is the most awesome thing about the car. I had a rental edge for a few days and felt like it was crippled using navigation. Looking down at the screen was very distracting compared to the panoramic display in your peripheral vision.

The 48" Panoramic Display is one of my favorite things about the interior. At first glance you automatically think it's going to be distracting but it's absolutely not. The way Lincoln designed the display was brilliant. Alot of information is available for you at just a quick glance and because of this your eyes are off the road even less than someone could imagine with that big of a display.

Been about a year, just checking in to see if you are still happy with Nautilus? Build quality still ok?
