On another road trip and BC still seems to still have issues on major hiways. (I 30 & I 49) It will start OK sometimes but most often "keep hands on the wheel" Then it might go normal for a few miles and then go back to hands on, then soon after 2 downshifts and "Take Control"
This seemed to begin after the software update in September. Took it in to the dealer, they test drove it and said it's working fine. Tried to use it again this morning - it's NOT fine. Anyone else having this issue with BC?

Short answer, no (2023 Corsair GT III).

But if I read your "profile" correctly, you've a 2020 model meaning you'd be on BC version 1.0.

If so, buggy would not be a surprise though a change would seem to suggest something broken.

Mine seems to work OK. But there is so much construction here, it kicks off to regular ACC a lot. And when the lines disappear, drops to just regular Cruise Control.
Have to pay attention as it shifts quickly.

I need to update my profile - it's a 2025 with only 5K miles on it. BC version is 1.2
